Job Purpose:Responsible for leading facility efforts to develop and implement specific Lean Digital Transformation projects, focused on manufacturing connectivity and intelligent automation. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities to drive common Lean Digital Transformation processes across multiple departments and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead facility efforts to gather and analyze data on facility connectivity and intelligent automation opportunities, and prioritize efforts based on facility need and value.
- Develop and deploy Lean Digital Transformation IIoT connectivity and intelligent automation capabilities and use cases.
- Support facility efforts to implement IIoT connectivity and intelligent automation where appropriate, requiring knowledge of Lean concepts and tools.
- Collaborate with external and internal suppliers, and across all functional areas in the order-to-delivery domain.
- Experience and knowledge of Lean concepts and tools.
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain principles, material flow, and corporate NPI process.
- Strong understanding and previous experience using common factory systems, and the ability to coordinate facility efforts with large-scale IT transformations.
- Excellent leadership skills, collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
University degree related to Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of four years of progressively responsible supply chain, operations, quality, or manufacturing job experience. Experience in the development and deployment of Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Engineering processes.
