You\u2019ll lead wire-framing and prototyping using Figma, conduct user research to shape intuitive designs, stay at the forefront of UX trends, and make a real impact on the business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wire-framing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts.
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing clear specifications and supporting the development process.
  • Design Strategy: Contribute to the overall design strategy and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive user experience and a strategy that drives business KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.

Qualification and Work Experience:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Figma for creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Specialized Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and tools.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
    • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and where and how design plays a role.
