We're seeking a skilled UX Architect to optimize our product's structure and flow based on user and market research. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with research teams, conduct research, and design user experiences that meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop experience maps, user scenarios, models, and flows to inform our design decisions.
- Validate ideas and designs using A/B testing and product performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Design low-fidelity sketches to visualize user experiences.
- Measure features of recently launched products to set benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends and explore creative ideas and inspiration.
- Develop interactive report dashboards and visualizations to inform our design decisions.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX Visual Design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, Digital Art, Systems, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Sketch, Abstract, Invisionapp, and Zeplin.
- Information architecture expertise to organize and prioritize complex information.
- Wireframing skills to explore design solutions efficiently.
- Prototyping skills to test functionality and identify problems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Empathy to understand user needs and design solutions.
