About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Content Designer to join our Global Design organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end UX content solutions within our product or digital space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement UX content strategies that align with our product and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, research, and product, to ensure seamless integration of UX content.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level UX content designers to help them grow in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX content design and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop UX content solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain style guides, tone of voice guidelines, and other UX content assets to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Participate in content strategy efforts, including auditing product lines or digital experiences for areas of UX content opportunity.
  • Help educate the organization about the importance of UX content and design thinking habits and the impact of cross-team engagement on user experience outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX content designer who has a passion for creating user-centered experiences. You should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in writing, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in UX content design, including experience working with complex software products.
  • Expert understanding of current design thinking and UX content design best practices.
  • Radical user-focus and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience evangelizing UX content writing and design within a large organization.
  • Extensive experience working with designers and developers within a UX, creative, marketing, or similar setting.
  • Expert use of work management and workflow platforms, design/writing collaboration tools, and Microsoft office applications.
  • Expert understanding of agile UX approach to creative outputs and partnership with design, research, product, and development partners.
  • Understanding and oversight of UX content KPIs/success metrics.
