Nasdaq is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across our portfolio of software products and services.

You will play a critical role in delivering complex technical systems to new and existing customers, and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver critical solutions and services to world-leading market infrastructure operators and new markets.
  • Manage essential project management activities, including stakeholder interaction, budget creation, and risk management.
  • Work closely with the Nasdaq sales representative and customer project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver complex technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in a technology and project management role, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
  • Project management experience with technical complex systems in an international environment.
  • A track record of delivering large, complex projects from initial budgeting and planning to customer project acceptance.
  • A strong inner drive and motivation, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience leading other project managers as a program manager, and an interest in mentoring others to develop the project teams and our project management team.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal customers.
  • Knowledge and experience working in a cross-functional environment, with an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of financial technology and its support for the financial infrastructure and capabilities.
