North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead our Customer Success Management organization in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Success Management team in Mexico, providing local leadership and representation of the North American Customer Organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including full program responsibility for existing and new customers in North America.
  • Drive effective portfolio management, focusing on growth, profitability, and cash flow, with profit and loss responsibility and net working capital management.
  • Develop and implement a target operating model, including further development of key roles, competencies, and interfaces to business support functions and operations organization.
  • Establish strong local Customer Success Management leaders and teams, coaching and mentoring them in close collaboration with the North American Management Team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to support the Mexican business.
  • Position and represent the company's experience with customers.

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Managing a P&L in a similar industry.
  • Sales and marketing of industrial services and customer experience environment.
  • Strong program management competencies in technology services environment.
  • Proven track-record in a similar role in the industrial services industry.
  • Negotiation with customers (pricing/contracts).
  • Strong leadership and communication.
  • Strong business process mindset and understanding of information systems (SAP) and business intelligence tools (Qlik), KPI Management.
  • Financially savvy (pricing, profitability, growth).
  • Languages: Spanish (native) and English (business fluent).
