Objective

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive support for new product development and commercialization initiatives within the SC Johnson Professional portfolio. This role demands timely, budget-conscious, and strategic execution of projects. You will ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and team members focused on achieving objectives in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Direct cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization. Assess and communicate team performance, project status, and key metrics. Identify and address project risks while facilitating decision-making and resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum. Ensure that teams achieve critical milestones and adhere to essential business and customer timelines. Establish project schedules and significant milestone dates. Oversee and monitor projects using our PLM and PM tool systems, including timelines, budgets, strategies, and project documentation. Promote simplification and agile methodologies within project teams. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Report on portfolio management execution and progress against plans. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Professional Qualifications

Proficient in advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project teams in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Experience in launching new products through in-house or contract manufacturing. Skilled in managing interpersonal relationships across various levels and functions within the organization.

Capable of developing and implementing business processes, including technical risk identification and mitigation strategies. Strong technical acumen, including data analysis and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity with formulation and packaging testing methodologies. Proficient in IT tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Vision for business opportunity strategies. Development potential in project management. Experience in Portfolio Management.
