The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing production plans, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and collaborating with the engineering department to acquire parts and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Operations: Set up and start up machinery and equipment, ensuring they operate under controlled conditions.
- Production Planning: Implement production plans to meet business objectives.
- Maintenance Support: Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering department to acquire parts and tools necessary for production.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team to ensure successful project execution.
- Education: Technician degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience (with more than 4 years working as a technician in molding areas).
- Experience: More than 3 years of experience handling maintenance of injection molding machinery and equipment.
- Basic Knowledge: of a certification process in regards to your area of responsibility (ISO 90001, ISO 14001).
- Injection Molding Experience: Proven experience in injection molding processes and equipment.
- Languages: English Level: Not necessary.
- Additional Accreditations: N/A.
- Personality: stable, discreet, dynamic, and a leader.
- Proficient in: Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Tools and Equipment: such as computers, pallet jacks, hoists, drills, millimeters, amperemeters, gauges, verniers, micrometers, chillers, manual torches of propane gas, keys, and dice of all kinds.
