Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Lead to oversee the optimal operation of machinery and equipment in the molding rack department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating injection molding equipment to meet quality and production demand, while developing and implementing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Set up and start up machinery equipment
Implement the production plan
Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Collaborate with the engineering department to acquire parts and tools
Support the production area in various projects

**Requirements**:

Technician degree or equivalent experience
More than 3 years of experience handling maintenance of injection molding machinery and equipment
Basic knowledge of certification processes (ISO 90001, ISO 13485)
Injection molding experience

**Working Conditions**:

12-hour shift, days
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Standing for full shift
