About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the rollout of our S4/HANA template build design in Mexico, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery, aligning with our company's global rollout strategy.
  • Country-Specific Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Mexican country specifics and legal requirements to design and implement process requirements that meet local regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including customer teams and IT, to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder management.
  • Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement target process designs based on SAP S/4HANA, addressing identified gaps and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Status Reporting and Project Management: Provide regular status updates to project management, ensuring timely delivery and effective project control.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC, S4 HANA Implementation/Rollout experience.
  • SAP S4HANA experience on functional configuration with the SAP Sales, Financial Accounting & Controlling modules.
  • Experience in full end-to-end implementation in SAP roll-out/implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of chart of Accounts, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets, Mexico Localization (CFDi, eAccounting, ePayments), WHT certificates.
  • Worked on DRC solution for e-invoicing solution for Mexico on both AP and AR side (in S4).
  • Exposure to country-specific requirements/New GL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CO-Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal order accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Methodologies.
  • Exposure to Cutover strategy, Testing, and Migration are mandatory.
  • Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities.
  • Good at managing aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend project situations to management.
  • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback.
  • Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables.
  • Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
