Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
