Job Overview:

Vishay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate prospective accounts and approach customers remotely to identify new leads or up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Introduce customers to our product and after-sales service program, identifying their needs and selling solutions.
  • Handle inbound requests for product information and direct customers to our website or other company resources.
  • Create activity reports and recommendations for further actions, and collaborate with both Sales and Engineering teams to maximize upgrade-orders.
