Job Title: Relationship Associate

The Relationship Associate plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day client servicing and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Validate client data and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to solve client needs and provide feedback to clients on emerging product needs and competitive practices.
  • Analyze client data and provide reporting as needed.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
