HR Technology Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
The HR Technology Project Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting Human Resources functions globally at Carrier. This role will partner with project team members and vendors to develop project scope and use project management skills to manage project scope, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and execute.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Plan, execute, and monitor HR Technology projects across Carrier globally with an eye on supportability and successful operational transition into production. Manage teams in building project plans, identifying HR business requirements, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Ensure effective communications and relationships between stakeholders and project team members.
**Requirements**:
5+ years of experience as a project manager. Experience managing work on Cloud HR products such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors. Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, global environment. Experienced in use of project management tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of Agile methodology and practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others. Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements to stakeholders, functional COE teams, and vendors. Ability to train and mentor other Project Managers on Project Management methodologies.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
