About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Digital Employee Experience – North America Region team. As a key member of this team, you will drive strategic initiatives to advance workforce digital fluency, adoption of state-of-the-art technology advancements, and be the advocate and advisor for the workforce end-to-end experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advance Digital Fluency: Develop and implement strategies to enhance digital literacy across the organization, ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.
  2. Accelerate Technology Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute programs that drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
  3. Champion Network Development: Establish and maintain a network of champions who will advocate for digital transformation and provide guidance on technology adoption.
  4. Model Technology Integration: Demonstrate the effective integration of technology into daily roles, track adoption progress, and execute necessary actions to drive transformative change.
  5. Initiative Transition and Sustainment: Adapt and advance initiatives from program to sustain phase, ensuring long-term success and continued improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English conversational skills.

Experience and Background

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, and AI adoption.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital enablement tools, experience in tracking and analyzing adoption metrics.
