About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Activation Lead to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation and sales strategy across all markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment and maintenance of our Field Sales Force Platform (FSF) strategy, focusing on contact channel mix and service missions.
- Identify and analyze sales performance trends, including REEV usage and universe coverage, to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and CRM reports to flag any deviations from our digital orchestration strategy.
- Gather and analyze data on FSF activities and identify key opportunities to share with sales teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in salesforce usage and management.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and analytical skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial areas, with a focus on using data to drive trade activities and identify opportunities.
