About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Systems team at Trimble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Workday systems to support our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday systems to support compensation, absence management, and time tracking processes.
- Develop and implement complex Workday calculated fields, eligibility, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Workday configuration and implementation.
- Support global ticketing system for PX systems and maintain/ create documentation for Workday processes.
- Assist with testing of new Workday functionality and regular Workday release updates.
- Replicate and verify customer issues and handle appropriately as a People Systems SME.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting HRIS systems and at least 3-4 years of technical Workday experience.
- Experience creating complex Workday calculated fields, eligibility, and validation rules.
- Experience utilizing BIRT is a plus.
- Proven experience in thinking outside the box to come up with solutions to solve business problems.
- Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems.
- Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing.
