**Commercial Director Opportunity**

Redwood Logistics is seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to lead our Mexico Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in the Mexico market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Mexico market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or a related field
  • 3-5 years of management experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
