We are now expanding our operations in Querétaro, a strategic location in Mexico, and are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary**

The Quality Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing a quality control program to ensure the continuous production of high-quality products that meet established standards. This role will also serve as the Management Representative for all ISO9001 Standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Take the lead as the Management Representative for all ISO9000 & ISO 14001 related activities and functions, including preparation for certification audits and post-audit activities.

• Establish and maintain ISO9000 objectives and coordinate with all departments to ensure objectives are met and continuous improvement efforts are in place.

• Work with Engineering and Operations departments to develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to plan and implement efficiencies to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

• Direct staff engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Investigate and address customer complaints regarding quality, serving as the primary customer contact for all quality issues.

• Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of manufacturing product drawings, machines, and equipment to improve production and quality of products.

• Manage the Quality Team, perform annual performance appraisals, and set annual objectives for direct reports.

• Effectively present information to top management and support staff.

• Participate in the APQP Process and create all supporting documentation.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years related experience and/or training.

• Previous customer service experience within manufacturing and quality.

• Ability to interpret the ISO standards and translate into effective processes applicable to production.

• English proficiency required (100%).
