What You'll Do
- Monitor and track assets under construction, including forecasting and budgeting for capital expenditures, depreciation, and leasing.
- Plan and coordinate physical inventory of assets, including scrapping and disposal of machinery, tooling, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines for property, plant, and equipment.
- Analyze depreciation and leasing expenses, and reconcile FICO data in SAP for fixed assets.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor investment projects and ensure accuracy in capex reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls for asset management, and prepare and send capex reports to North America HQ and factory.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or related field.
- Strong SAP and MS Excel skills, with experience managing large numbers of assets (around 4,000 assets).
- Manufacturing process understanding, with a focus on digitization and productivity.
- Advanced English language skills, with effective communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and initiate projects, with a strong collaboration attitude and execution skills.
