We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our LAC Solutions Consulting Team. As a key contributor, you will serve as a product and technical champion to discover customer needs and demonstrate Ellucian solutions and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the unique needs of higher education institutions and identify the right solutions to address them.
- Participate in strategy and discovery sessions to build relationships and acquire a deep knowledge of customer business issues and processes.
- Deliver virtual and on-site solution demonstrations and presentations that map to customer needs and align with the team's sales strategy.
- Support RFx activity as needed and represent Ellucian at industry and user group meetings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related sales experience in higher education.
- Deep functional experience using the Banner Student system.
