Your Role

As the Lead Financial Planning Analyst for Streaming Technology, you will play a pivotal role within the non-personnel Opex Planning FP&A Center of Excellence. Your primary focus will be on the planning, reporting, and analysis of global non-personnel expenditures related to Streaming Technology and Product.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of costs within your domain, enabling informed decision-making for business partners. You will implement best-in-class financial processes tailored to the Streaming Technology and Product sectors, ensuring seamless collaboration with various functions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities...

Develop a comprehensive understanding of non-personnel costs associated with streaming technology and product (e.g., Cloud services, Content Delivery Networks, Platform Engineering, Product & Design), Create and manage cost KPIs and benchmarking analyses for regular review by business stakeholders, Establish and uphold standardized FP&A processes within the streaming technology cost domain, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness (including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting), Deliver high-quality financial insights and information to business partners and finance leadership regarding managed organizational costs, Collaborate proactively with Business Partners on special initiatives related to streaming technology costs (such as system implementations, process design, reporting development, allocation strategies, and cloud modeling), Support the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective, focusing on variance analysis for streaming technology and product non-personnel operating expenses. Summarize key findings to facilitate discussions and decision-making with stakeholders, Monitor actual expenditures against budget and prior year, providing commentary on significant variances, Oversee planning and forecasting of non-personnel costs within the P&L for DTC, ensuring process governance and execution, Advise on system enhancements to enable more accurate and timely reporting, Engage in transformation projects related to FP&A for Streaming Technology and Product (e.g., ERP and EPM systems implementation and process redesign).

Qualifications & Experience...

A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A, Experience in a technology finance environment is advantageous, Proven experience in financial control, management reporting, and business analysis, preferably in an international context, Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies, Experience in project management, change management, and process improvement, Familiarity with EPM solutions for planning and reporting (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, A collaborative team player, A business-oriented mindset and a trusted advisor to management, Strong analytical capabilities, Proactive and hands-on approach, High energy and drive, Proficiency in English.
