About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Coordinator to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining best-in-class master data standards and collaborating with technical and functional teams to co-create master data related processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality monitoring and improvement, with experience in conducting data quality assessments, identifying issues, and resolving them. You will also be responsible for planning and leading review meetings with markets and factories to address data issues and drive improvements in data quality scores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data quality assessments and identify issues
  • Collaborate with planners to enhance data maintenance and address change queries
  • Plan and lead review meetings with markets and factories to address data issues
  • Prepare regular DQ reports highlighting high-risk issues
  • Ensure compliance with data quality standards and guidelines
  • Monitor alerts and collaborate with supply teams to maintain data accuracy above 98%
  • Maintain and update the data quality dashboard and processing templates
  • Define integrated data rules and develop supporting documentation and training materials
  • Keep planning-related data accurate based on business input
  • Work with technical teams to resolve data interface issues and adhere to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with the IDM Manager to escalate issues promptly to mitigate business risks

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Possess general business awareness, especially on supply chain or demonstrates comparable business experience
  • Fast learning ability
  • Any work experience on ERP (JDE or SAP) would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in local languages is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial skills, innovation, and problem-solving abilities are key, along with tenacity, tough-mindedness, and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
