This is a unique opportunity to join ABB's Electrification team as an Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective sales strategy within your assigned market scope. Your primary goal will be to improve ABB's market penetration and drive growth aspirations.
As a key member of our sales organization, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategies to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets. This includes showcasing your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
The work model for this role is #L-Hybrid, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will be mainly accountable for anticipating and identifying shortfalls in performance, taking appropriate remedial actions proactively. You will also identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine plans for implementation, and allocate required resources.
In addition, you will participate in customer surveys and act on survey results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong entrepreneurial, interpersonal, negotiation collaboration, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
