**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Process Specialist to join our team at Cpkc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our customers while driving profitable growth and meeting their ongoing requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, planning, and implementing the key objectives outlined under Service Strategy. This includes:
- Delivering exceptional customer service that supports profitable growth and meets ongoing customer requirements;
- Leading and developing initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions;
- Conducting remote training and system overviews to ensure customers have the necessary knowledge and skills to use our electronic solutions effectively;
- Providing technical and procedural guidance to new customers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process;
- Actively participating in new projects and implementation of new technology to stay ahead of industry trends;
- Soliciting feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement;
- Developing a deep understanding of customers' business, industry, and supply chain needs to provide tailored solutions.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Management, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of working experience with or knowledge of railway processes;
- Proficiency in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and internet tools;
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced Excel functionality;
- Strong relationship management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Strong analytical ability;
- Ability to handle difficult customers and remain professional and composed;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish both verbal and written skills (an asset);
- Demonstrates a high degree of customer focus;
- Ability to work under strict time lines and pressure;
- Ability to work effectively on more than one project at any given time;
- Ability to travel up to 10%;
- Willingness to be on-call or work statutory holidays and/or weekends when required.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
