Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Polaris Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency gains.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and developing solutions to implement these improvements. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency gains
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software
