As a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at 3M, you will play a key role in providing the necessary workforce, based on the times and processes indicated by the Recruitment and Selection policies, developing the best practices for the coverage of HC of the plant located in San Luis Potosí, S.LP.
Key Responsibilities:- Be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and hiring of production personnel in the defined time (SLA).
- Ensure compliance with the recruitment, selection, and hiring process, adhering to the procedures and policies in force at the company.
- Participate in training, workshops, lectures, and courses related to recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Be part of the planning and execution of massive recruitment events in the field for the recruitment of operational, technical, and professional personnel.
- Work hand in hand with Manufacturing to cover internal vacancies in accordance with the matrix of each Plant of Manufacturing.
- Support the creation of talent attraction strategies in accordance with the needs and demand of the Plants of Manufacturing.
- Contribute to the dissemination and strengthening of the 3M employer brand in the market, adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to influence and communicate with all levels within the organization, to transform ideas into action and guide personnel.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal knowledge, process management, person evaluation, and negotiation skills.
