Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a positive employee experience.
- Drive engagement and cultural transformation, coaching leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and drive solutions that impact the bottom line.
- Support plant leadership with effective management of time and attendance systems and attendance policies.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition during plant transformations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong background in labor relations and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
- Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and change management principles.
