Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Media Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with external agencies, overseeing the execution of media campaigns, and ensuring all campaigns meet the brand's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver work that meets the brand's standards and objectives.
  • Identify and contact new agencies that could add value to the brand's strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including OOH, TV, Radio, Influencers, and PR.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the brand's quality standards.
  • Write and edit content for the company's blog, B2B materials, press releases, and other brand communications.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Participate in regular meetings to update the Brand Coordinator on the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Track and report on the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of the media.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset, consistently taking the initiative to ensure the success of all assigned objectives.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
