About the Role

SAP SE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Quality Manager to join our team. As a Technical Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the selection and delivery of services from the SAP portfolio of proactive and reactive support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and work with various areas of a customer organization, including the Customer IT Department, Customer Business Departments, and Customer Purchasing Department.
  • Manage complex customer software solutions with one or a few projects, working independently and involving SAP Backoffice functions when needed.
  • Identify areas where Premium Engagement can add value to the customer and align these with other SAP areas involved.
  • Align larger service plans and support programs, such as Engineering Services, directly with customer senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with CIOs (or equivalent) of medium/large size companies.
  • Take over roles such as Cloud & Support Lead, Technical Lead, or Customer Success Executive as needed.

Requirements

  • Senior Basis professional with a deep understanding of Hybrid solutions and integrations (cloud and on-premise).
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Strong leading skills and ability to guide customers to the Intelligent Enterprise.
