Technical Consulting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consulting Manager to join our team at 120-Sfdc Mexico. As a key member of our Global Delivery Centre (GDC), you will play a crucial role in managing, training, and building the careers of our technical consulting team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of technical consultants to deliver large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our technical consultants.
- Collaborate with delivery managers, technical consultants, and Salesforce University teams to ensure efficient onboarding and training for our technical consultants.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to ensure our team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.
- 10+ years of experience leading professional consulting teams delivering large enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in agile and hybrid SDLC models, including full lifecycle deployments.
- Strong technical skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, and LWC.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience working with a variety of technology and the ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages.
