You will be responsible for following the implementation of Design Manufacturing Documents (DMDs), Variable Valve Timing (VVTs), and general specifications requested for Vehicle Systems (VS).
Support Quality/Customer Audits
You will support quality/customer audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Fixtures and Tools
You will be responsible for designing, accepting, validating, releasing, and implementing fixtures and tools on production processes.
Validation of New Part Number Implementations
You will support the validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
Eliminate Non-Valued Added Activities
You will identify and eliminate non-valued added activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain Communication with CN Colleagues
You will maintain constant communication with Central Nervous System (CN) colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to Manufacturing and Production (MFP) group.
Identify Gaps and Improvement Opportunities
You will identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in processes and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions in a systematic way.
Authority and Responsibility
You will have the authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to electromechanical system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions, and control further processing or delivery of the non-conformance until it has been resolved.
