**Job Summary**

Workbox S.A De C.V is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Office 365 and Google Workspace environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **User Account Management**
    • Create, manage, and delete user accounts in both Office 365 and Google Workspace.
    • Handle user permissions and access rights to ensure appropriate levels of access.
    • Manage user groups and distribution lists.
  • **Service Configuration and Management**
    • Configure and manage Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
    • Configure and manage Google Workspace services including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Docs.
    • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Office 365 and Google Workspace services.
  • **Security and Compliance**
    • Implement and enforce security policies and protocols to protect organizational data.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**
    • Provide technical support to end-users for issues related to Office 365 and Google Workspace.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
  • **Training and Documentation**
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on best practices and new features.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**
    • Work closely with other IT team members to ensure cohesive and efficient IT operations.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • **System Monitoring and Reporting**
    • Use administrative consoles (e.g., Office 365 Admin Center, Google Admin Console) to monitor system health and usage.
    • Generate and analyze reports on system usage, security, and performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • **Technical Expertise**
    • Proficiency in managing Office 365 and Google Workspace environments.
    • Strong understanding of cloud-based services and their administration.
    • Experience with security protocols and compliance standards.
  • **Experience**
    • Prior experience in a similar role managing Office 365 and Google Workspace.
    • Experience with user support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
  • **Certifications**
    • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Google Workspace Administrator, or similar are preferred.
  • **Soft Skills**
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
