JLL is seeking a highly skilled Regional CMMS Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and providing exceptional support to our account team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the JLL Corrigo work order process and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide first-line support and expertise to the account team, addressing system-related questions and issues.
- Develop and manage relationships with key technology stakeholders on the account team and global IT team.
- Collaborate with the Global CMMS team to deliver a consistent service and support system translations or gathering translations as needed.
- Work with FM Managers and Chief Engineers to develop a quality database and mobilize and demobilize portfolio assets as required.
- Communicate with the account team to maintain consistency of data across all CMMS platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical skills and experience with CMMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
