About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates in a dynamic distribution warehouse environment. Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional performance and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and engagement.
You will communicate policies to Associates, act as the primary information source for the team, and maintain compliance and consistency. You will also create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs, and partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment.

Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in operations management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- 4+ years of experience in direct management, including payroll, performance management, and workflow assignment.
