About the Role:
The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving orders growth within a defined geographical territory, representing all technologies across the Emerson portfolio. This role requires a strong commitment to driving orders growth and high customer satisfaction in the territory, while continuously developing knowledge of Emerson's vast portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive orders growth within a defined geographical territory, representing all technologies across the Emerson portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and/or expand Emerson's presence at existing accounts.
- Develop leads and new accounts in-concert with the business development managers sales team.
- Capture market and price growth within the territory.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction within the territory.
- Manage CRM opportunity funnel for the territory – load opportunities, track progress, maintain timely updates, quote, and ultimately close.
- Contribute additional details to CRM around Leads, Accounts, and Contacts.
- Develop & execute customer seminars (training, hands-on application workshops, to support the overall region.
- Proactively expand application and technology knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Control, Electric, Industrial, Chemical etc)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business sales environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market
- Outside sales experience with industrial Products
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
