**Inventory Management Specialist**:
At ABB, we're seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning and fulfillment process, you'll play a crucial role in driving performance improvement projects and developing skills and tools to enhance our operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating planning and fulfillment metrics, including inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Identify root causes for non-performance and drive improvement initiatives across the ELSP
Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management
Provide assistance to local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner, and Material Planner
Aid in the local implementation of planning technology solutions
Compile and send regular reports to business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
5 years of experience related to the position or in Supply Chain, with 1 year of experience in leadership with unionized personnel
Knowledge of ERP (SAP or Oracle preferably), Data analysis, and Materials management
Knowledge of APIC - Dashboard Management in Power PI is a plus
Collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
Disciplined, Organized, and Tolerance for frustration
Intermediate level of English
