- Coordinate with other departments, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for task force projects, including defining objectives, setting milestones, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Lean Manufacturing, Shainin/RedX or Six Sigma certification is preferred. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are also required.
- In-depth understanding of production techniques and quality control, as well as knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
