Marketing Manager for Luxury Resorts

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for luxury resorts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving department goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update all web sites to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate room promotions, food and beverage packages, and golf promotions across regions.
  • Track and analyze ROI of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail, and print advertising.
About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
