Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, including managing staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
