**Job Description**

As a Technical Content Specialist at QAD, you will plan, write, research, and publish new and updated user documentation, including online help, user guides, technical and reference guides, release notes, and KE web pages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. Create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication.

2. Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.

3. Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.

4. Produce documentation that conforms to quality assurance standards.

**Requirements**:

1. Preferably 1-3 years of work experience.

2. Preferred skills in Google Workspace (GSuite tools), JIRA-Confluence, XML, DITA, Oxygen Editor, Content Fusion, Markdown.

3. Strong desire to learn, develop, and grow with a global organization.

4. Good organization skills.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
