Job Summary

Wipro Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our voice and data networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to voice and data networks.
  • Perform periodic updates on customer devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage incidents and downtime, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support customer support efforts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience working with voice and data networks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of routing, switching, and telco-transport layer environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Avaya Voice Platform SW & HW, Nice Call Recording, Cisco Call Manager, and other related technologies.
  • Knowledge of IP, Enterprise Network, SIP, and BvOIP environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
