Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation PMO Lead Analyst to join our team at Citi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of key senior management reporting of Audit Innovation Solutions, as well as managing day-to-day project activities and tracking team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive presentation book of work, including concise reports for senior executives
  • Lead the design and development of key senior management reporting of Audit Innovation Solutions
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including tracking and reporting of team performance
  • Demonstrate effective presentation formats to various stakeholders, conveying complex concepts and ideas in concise and impactful ways
  • Report on key Audit Innovation metrics by liaising with stakeholders and compiling a monthly scorecard
  • Ensure project completion and respond to ad-hoc requests for Audit solution information
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in project management and risk and control reporting
  • Excellent project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Impressive design and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to effectively review information and content
  • Positive attitude, high integrity, and self-directed work style
  • Experience with Risk and Control related reporting and management reporting packages a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management recording, preferably in Risk and Control and Compliance areas
  • Advanced English language skills
