At Indrive, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Mexico, working from our office near Reforma 222. This role involves providing high-quality customer support through continuous process improvement and resolution of conflicts, doubts, or complaints.

**Responsibilities:**

• Resolution of client complaints and conflicts.

• Continuously improve customer support processes for providing quick and high-quality service.

• Make outgoing calls to clients.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma required.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support-related activities.

• Availability to work different shifts, either day or night.

• Availability to work from the office.

• Proficient in PC skills and Google products, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Native Spanish speaker.

• Typing skills of at least 100 words per minute.
