Job Summary

SAP Enterprise Cloud Service is a leading provider of public and private cloud managed services. As a Senior Server Management Operations Service, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day quality service delivery, defining and tracking service KPIs and SLAs, and working towards automating operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 24x7 infrastructure support and services
  • Adopt newer technology and automation to ease day-to-day operations
  • Define and track service KPIs and SLAs
  • Deescalate running escalations
  • Work towards automating operational tasks
  • Plan, set up, implement, and operate SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLAs
  • Manage MIS reporting
  • Handle on-call duty and weekend support
  • Coordinate and orchestrate work between teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in server and Linux administration
  • 3+ years of experience in service delivery in global teams
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts of Service Management, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Working experience in Hyperscalers: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Strong knowledge in Container concept
  • Managing multiple activities requiring cross-team coordination
  • Management of partner support via KPI tracking

Preferred Skills

  • Certified in at least one Hyperscalers solution: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • ITIL Certification
  • Project management experience
  • Able to communicate successfully at different levels of the organization
