About the Role

The Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Process Leader to join their team. As a key member of the ACES team, you will be responsible for optimizing the delivery stations operations, providing stations with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining up-to-date SOP, START, and standard processes materials according to current standards.
  2. Analyzing key metrics on a weekly basis to develop improvement projects that meet business goals.
  3. Leading weekly audits to verify accuracy of current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.
  4. Supporting Ops Team in weekly analysis to detect deviations from standard processes.
  5. Offering ACES perspective to optimize package flow and reduce waste, improving workflow.

Requirements include:

  1. A completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar field with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
  2. Experience leading multidisciplinary groups.
  3. Green belt certification (optional).
  4. The ability to engage in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
