About the Role
The Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Process Leader to join their team. As a key member of the ACES team, you will be responsible for optimizing the delivery stations operations, providing stations with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up-to-date SOP, START, and standard processes materials according to current standards.
- Analyzing key metrics on a weekly basis to develop improvement projects that meet business goals.
- Leading weekly audits to verify accuracy of current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.
- Supporting Ops Team in weekly analysis to detect deviations from standard processes.
- Offering ACES perspective to optimize package flow and reduce waste, improving workflow.
Requirements include:
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar field with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary groups.
- Green belt certification (optional).
- The ability to engage in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
