We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Boldr. This role involves interacting with customers in French, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. As a Customer Service Expert, you will work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers in French, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Escalate issues to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • French fluency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BPO experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
