Technical Customer Interface Support Specialist

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and development teams, ensuring that our products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize technical meetings and reviews with remote development teams to ensure our products meet customer needs.
- Report on the feasibility of engineering solutions within project constraints and QCD commitments.
- Support technical meetings and reviews with customers by providing expertise and guidance.
- Participate in technical risk and opportunity management as the customer voice.
Requirements:
- Passion for electrical or electro-mechanical engineering.
- Experience in technical requirements management or a strong understanding of the process.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
