Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, including responding to guest complaints and feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including increasing sales and reducing costs
  • Collaborate with other departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and front desk

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and customer service
