**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nimble Gravity. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our conservation partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their mission to protect the natural world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to conservation partners, including setup and configuration of software products
- Work closely with partners to determine their needs and provide solutions
- Manage relationships with multiple conservation organizations simultaneously
- Proactively communicate status, challenges, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders
- Deliver product usage and feedback information to Development and Support teams
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong technical background in web and mobile technologies
- Extremely well organized and great follow through on commitments
- Eager to learn and stay on top of new product developments
- Self-starter with ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
